What is Women's Health Osteopathy?

Women's health osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body through the hormonal and physical changes women experience across their lives. From the musculoskeletal strains associated with the menstrual cycle to pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause, care is always tailored to you after a thorough assessment.

Many individuals experience significant musculoskeletal discomfort, such as lower back stiffness, pelvic aching and altered posture, during their menstrual cycle. Osteopathic care focuses on reducing these secondary mechanical strains. By improving the mobility of the lumbar spine and pelvis, and using gentle techniques to ease tissue tension, we help optimise local circulation, ease structural tightness and promote better physical comfort.

I had such a wonderful experience with Luciane at EVE Clinic. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely cared for and understood. She has an incredible level of knowledge and expertise, especially in women’s health and she takes the time to explain things clearly and compassionately. I had been experiencing a severe pain in my lower back, and nothing else I tried had helped. After just one session with Luciane, the pain stopped — it felt like genuine relief for the first time in 40 days. Her approach is gentle, attentive, and highly effective. It’s rare to find a practitioner who combines expertise, empathy, and true care the way she does. I am so grateful to have found her, and I absolutely recommend Luciane and EVE Clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, specialised support for body and wellbeing.

I can’t recommend Luciane highly enough. She specialises in pelvic floor rehabilitation and has been instrumental in my recovery following childbirth issues. In just two sessions, I noticed a real improvement in strength and stability. At my last visit, I came in with lower back pain and left pain-free - I was genuinely blown away! She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and refreshingly down to earth in her approach. A true expert who puts you at ease and delivers results.
